PCWorld polled its knowledgeable readers to see which smartphone companies are providing the best tech support and service. The results of their latest exclusive survey of 79,000 tech aficionados reveal some welcome improvements and some familiar shortcomings.

It’s no surprise to see Apple takes the stakes with usability. They’re clean and sleek. I’m curious if their 2nd place rank for reliability has something to do with the dissatisfaction of the AT&T network, I’m thinking yes. Appreciate the info.
