The Annual Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona is a playground for cellphones manufactures and service providers, each trying to outdo the other with what they hope will be the killer phone to own for the rest of the year. As expected, a slew of new high-end tech and record-breaking devices were on display to make us all salivate !Maybe we haven’t been explicit enough regarding our hopes and desires. Here’s what I’d like to see in 2009 in my hands and yeah ! Obama will too like to have these

Nokia E75

Nokia’s latest comes with a full QWERTY Keyboard like its older communicator cousins. Its uses a new email client that supports HTML mail, and N-Gage game app. Other features include a 240×320 pixel, 16 million color LCD, 3G, Wi-fi, and 3.2-megapixel auto Focus camera.

LG G910

Perhaps the first usable watch¬† phone. LG’s G910 is sure to thrill Dick Tracy Fans around the world. It supports 3G, Video calling, stereo Blue tooth, and text-to-speech for convenience. Unsurprisingly, it tells time too.¬† 😉

HTC Magic

The Magic, aka G2, is the second android-powered handset to hit the mainstream. Eschewing the older G1’s physical slide-out keyboard, this one is a pure touch screen candy bar. The Magic has a 3.2-inch QVGA display and features trackball and navigational buttons. it has an accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, handwriting recognition, Wi-Fi, 3G, Edge/GPRS, a 3-Megapixel auto focus¬† camera, and GPS.

LG GM730

More Additions to the LG Handset range at MWC includes the GM7360 Smartphone that uses the new version of Windows Mobile OS integrated with LG’s advanced 3D- S-class user interface. It comes with a 3- inch 240×400 pixel 65k color TFT touch screen, 5-megapixel autofoucus camera, GPS, Divx and Xvid playback support, and a 3.5mm earphone socket.

Sony Ericsson Idou

There’s a new winner in the cellphone camera race. Sony Ericsson Showed off the idou, a new 12.1-Megapixel monster with a completely¬† new symbian based OS. You can glide and swoosh through menus, enjoy photos and videos on its gorgeous 3.5 inch 16:9 screen.

Samsung Blue Earth

This eco-conscious prototype phone comes with a solar panel on the back to charge it with. A feature called Eco Walk tracks your movements and tells you how many trees you’ve saved by walking, and even the packaging is said to be environmentally friendly.

The First phone in the world to feature 720p high-def video recording. Samsung’s Omnia HD is in a class all by itself. It also takes 8-megapixel stills, which you can enjoy on the 3.7-inch AMOLED display. We’re afraid ta ask how much this one will cost.

Obama Can’t buy these because of his busy schedule- When he will explore these¬† high-end-CellPhones. And we can’t buy all these because of our budget. One of my friend said-“This is My gadget wish list for when I win the lottery….”
