276.8%, thats quite a lot… I think what the “fact” is supposed to be there is that the USA has the highest percentage of ITS population when compared to other countries. What I love is how Europe and Oceana get grouped. There are a huge number of countries in Europe, some with far better socio-economic backgrounds than others.
