iPhone 4 owners have found a excess amount of potential and real-world problems, from a faulty antennas and Bluetooth headset connectivity issues to screen discolorations and scratches.

As Ryan Salerno, a Gizmodo writer, discovered this morning, glass is breakable. I don’t know why Apple decide to use glass for the back of the iPhone 4?

Is iphone 4 glass replaceable? The Answer is YES, if you’re handy with a screwdriver and don’t mind performing surgery on your iPhone, you can tear it down far enough to replace even the LCD screen.

German tuners Gemballa, known for their work with Porsche cars, may have taken a stab at the Ferrari Enzo. The Gemballa MIG-U1 is either a limited edition or a privately-commissioned one-off model that missed its planned debut at the Dubai Motor Show.

News of the car comes from the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, a company that runs several automotive businesses from their offices in Dubai. They claim the car has a completely new exhaust, and not just new tailpipes. The car boasts a unique rear bumper and wing, new side sills, and a front bumper. It appears the car has LED daytime lights as well.

It just wouldn’t be a Gemballa without the roof-mounted air intake. Interior mods include quilted upholstery, dual-tone floor mats, and a video screen.

We hope to find out more about this car’s performance specs in the next few days. No word yet if the Gemballa MIG-U1 will appear at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

The new wave of finger-based recognition uses veins, not fingerprints, to ID people. Hitachi has just announced their new biometric cardless credit payment system that reads the patterns of blood vessels in one’s fingers. Apparently, all our veins are unique, like snowflakes or, well, fingerprints, and can be used to easily ID people. Simply slide your finger into the machine and in a second you’ll be verified. These things should start popping up in Japanese convenience stores and panty vending machines in the near future, with their migration over here sure to happen soon afterwards. Anything that’ll let me pay for stuff without having the few seconds that getting my wallet out takes to ponder my purchase is A-OK with me.

One Japanese company has created a new biometrics system that identifies people by scanning their veins. They believe results are harder to falsify than iris or fingerprint scanning.

Hitachi is trying out the technology in the company’s on-site shops and some Japanese banks have already adopted it.
